I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in a very secure area of Hatfield was perfect for me, as it was near both hospitals I needed to visit. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area. I especially appreciated the dining table, as it allowed me to have meals in the comfort of my room. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the kitchen equipped with cookware and utensils allowed me to prepare my own meals. The television and am/fm alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a secure, clean, and luxurious place to stay.

During my stay, I was impressed with the excellent location of the hotel. It was easy to access convenient transportation and a nearby supermarket. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the rooms. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the security guards and cleaning staff. They made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at a service type hotel with a kitchenette, fridge, stove, microwave, and daily restock of coffee and tea. the internet was free and stable, and parking was also free. the hotel was located in an upscale neighborhood housing restaurants, clubs, and shopping. We loved the convenience of being close to a High-Speed train station. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel like we were in our secure apartment.

We were disappointed not to have a swimming pool to relax in on sunny days.

Location was great as it was near a hospital and transport was easily accessible. Parking was safe and secure. the staff were friendly and welcoming which made the experience pleasurable.

The kitchen was not fully equipped and lacked basic cutlery. the sink was faulty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Great spot, near plenty of restaurants and convenient for business travel. Loved the free wifi and the comfortable beds, which allowed me to get plenty of work done in peace. Plus, the gym and pool on offer were a great way to relax after a long day of meetings.

Although the location was fantastic, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and service throughout my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, with dirty towels and sheets not being replaced.
